Pants
This pattern walks you through every step, from cast-on to bind-off so you can create a pair of knit pants that feel as good as they look. Whether you’re dressing them up, down, or just lounging in style, these are the kind of knits that live in your wardrobe, not your drawer.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE GARMENT
These pants are knit top-down for a clean, seamless finish. You’ll start at the waist with a stockinette waistband, then shape the fit with subtle increases down the front and back. Giving the pants that perfect, natural curve.
Next, the work is then divided for the legs, which are knitted separately. Stitches are later picked up along the crotch for the second leg. The length? Completely up to you. Go cropped, full-length, or somewhere in between. Each leg finishes with a neat, non-rolling edge that keeps its shape wear after wear.
